Julie-Jeanne Régnault is Secretary General of EFAD since February 2019.

Previously she was leading on European Affairs at the Centre National du cinéma et de l'image animée.

Specialised in EU affairs and the audio-visual sector, Julie-Jeanne has started her career as a consultant and then as a policy officer at the European Commission.

She holds Master’s Degrees in EU law and in EU public policies and also graduated in International Relations. She is an EAVE graduate (Producers' Workshop 2017), Cineuropa Board member and an European Film Academy member.

Ariel Bianucci is the Policy and Communications Officer of EFAD, since 2022.

Ariel Bianucci holds a bachelor’s degree in Intercultural and Linguistic Mediation from Siena University in Italy and a master’s degree in International Relations at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). She started her career by doing some internships in the migration field.

Ariel speaks fluent Italian, French and English, and has a good knowledge of Spanish.

Federica Scarpa is a social media manager and film reporter. She has experience working with film festivals, European organizations, and web film radio. Federica holds a master’s degree in Cinema and Media and graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences. 

She is fluent in English and Italian.

Lara Chayban is an Intern at EFAD since 2024.

Lara Chayban holds a Bachelor's degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures, from the School of Arts and Humanities of the University of Lisbon, and is in the process of finishing her Master's degree in International Relations from ISCTE- School of Sociology and Public Policy.

Lara speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish and English.
